覃雪，女，汉族，贵州黔西人，校聘副教授，浙江大学旅游管理博士。主要研究方向涉及旅游目的地管理、目的地居民行为研究、旅游可持续发展、乡村旅游发展、旅游企业社会责任等。主要从事《旅游目的地市场营销》《贵州旅游产业发展研究》《旅游学概论》、《管理学概论》《饭店服务技能与艺术》《管理沟通》《人力资源管理》《组织行为学》等课程教学工作。参编出版了《旅游目的地创新——案例与原理》、《基于博弈理论的烟农服务合作社治理研究》等著作。主持及参与多项研究课题，在国内CSSCI以及国外SSCI期刊上发表多篇研究性论文；担任《Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management》《Tourism Review》《Tourism and Hospitality Management》等国际期刊审稿人。指导学生参加第三届中国研究生企业管理创新大赛，荣获“全国一等奖”，个人获“优秀指导教师”荣誉。
